Forgotten Natural

The forgotten part of human's memories with natural

Apart from the natural resources that the earth provides us, we seem to forget that what we have now is in addition to us, because in the past, before technological progress, we were born in nature, unlike what we live so comfortably now.

However, most new generations are born in a world full of building structures and technology, causing the younger generation to be unable to cope with the stress of today's society and not knowing where to turn to as they grow.

Meditating in Nature

Meditation is a practice in which a person uses a technique-such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity-to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Meditation can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain and improve peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being. Research continues to better understand the effects of meditation on health (psychological, neurological, and cardiovascular) and other areas.

Yoga in Nature

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India and are aimed at controlling (yoking) and quieting the mind and realizing a detached witness consciousness unaffected by the mind (chitta) and worldly suffering (Duḥkha). There is a wide variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, and traditional and modern yoga is practiced worldwide.

The term "yoga" in the Western world often refers to a modern form of hatha yoga and a posture-based technique for physical fitness, stress relief, and relaxation, consisting mainly of the asanas; this differs from traditional yoga, which focuses on meditation and liberation from worldly attachments

Nature therapy, also called ecotherapy, is the practice of being in nature to boost growth and healing, especially mental health. You might also hear it called green care, green exercise, green therapy, or horticulture therapy

Once you understand or feel the power of the naturalness you have received, you will begin to understand. If you have enough self-confidence to receive more, you can try doing some meditation and yoga in nature after a big walk or run in nature.

Keep in mind that this is a form of physical, mental and spiritual recreation, but remember that you should never go further if you are not mentally strong, as the power of nature is far too great for you to absorb.

Singapore is Photogenic

Photography does not mean you have to be a professional photographer, this form of art is never about right or wrong, instead your photos are popular when more people like them.

Many people due to social society, take photography as a cash cow and how to earn wealth, but we forget the importance of photography, apart from helping us to record our happiness and great timing.

Photography teaches us to focus on what we want to achieve in life. In a large forest, we are able to find the very small details such as birds, insects, etc., which helps us improve our observation skills. The sense of art is also appreciated.
